These terms govern use of the Plowara Snow Operations app and website.
Use of Plowara
Plowara is a snow-operations management tool for tracking properties, jobs, routes, storms, drivers, and related operational information. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for maintaining the accuracy of information entered into your account or company workspace.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Company administrators may control user roles and access to company operational data.
Driving and safety
Do not interact with Plowara in a way that distracts you while driving or operating equipment. Follow applicable traffic, workplace, and safety laws and procedures.
Location and automation
Location-based and geofence features are operational aids. GPS, network availability, device settings, weather, and other conditions can affect accuracy. Users remain responsible for confirming job status, route completion, property conditions, and service requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, use Plowara for unlawful activity, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Service availability
Features may change as the product develops. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, connectivity, third-party service availability, or other reasons.
Disclaimer
Plowara is provided as an operational software service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every operational circumstance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plowara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Plowara at any time and may request deletion as described on the Delete Account page.
