Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic conditions for using Plowara and its subscription services.
1. Subscription plans
Plowara may offer monthly and annual paid subscription plans with different team-member and property limits. Current plan pricing and limits are shown on the Plowara website and in the app where available.
2. Automatic renewal
Unless canceled, monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew yearly. The applicable price and billing period are presented before purchase. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play billing terms.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal. Unless otherwise required by law or approved under the Plowara refund policy, cancellation does not retroactively refund a billing period that has already started, and access normally remains available until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play policies and applicable law. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and other account-specific billing issues may be reviewed by Plowara Support. See Billing & Refunds.
5. Service use
You are responsible for the information entered into your account, for authorized team access, and for using Plowara in compliance with applicable laws and safe operating practices. Plowara is an operations tool and does not replace driver judgment, weather monitoring, safety procedures, or contractual requirements.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change as Plowara develops. We may update these terms, pricing, or plan limits prospectively. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate before they take effect.
