This page explains how Plowara handles information used to provide snow-operations, account, and subscription features.
Information Plowara may process
Plowara may process account information, company and team-member information, property and job information, device and diagnostic information, and location information needed for features such as truck presence, route recording, automatic job start/finish, and storm operations.
Subscription billing
When a subscription is purchased through Google Play, Google processes payment information. Plowara may receive subscription status, product identifiers, purchase tokens, and related transaction information needed to provide and support your subscription. Plowara does not need to store your full payment-card number for Google Play purchases.
Support requests
If you contact Plowara for billing or refund help, we may use your account email, company information, subscription details, and the information you provide to investigate and respond to the request.
Location information
Location access is used only for Plowara operational features that require it, such as truck location, geofence arrival/exit behavior, and recorded job routes. Background location may be required for enabled automatic tracking features while the app is not in the foreground.
